A high quality shamanic frame drum, hand made in Ghana by the same workshop of drummers who carve our djembes - so the skin work and stringing are done by people who genuinely know drums.
The wide, shallow frame carries a thick, unbleached goat skin under tough rope stringing, giving a deep, resonant voice with long sustain - ideal for shamanic and sound healing practice, meditation, rhythm circles or simply as a beautifully honest hand drum. A beater is included, so it is ready to play straight from the box.
Each drum is individually made, and natural skins mean each has its own voice.

Our shamanic drums are hand-strung for the most authentic, resonant sound. Each drum is carefully crafted with traditional techniques, creating a rich, warm tone that carries deep spiritual vibrations. The hand-strung construction allows the drumhead to respond naturally to every strike, producing complex harmonic layers and organic sustain that machine-made drums simply cannot replicate.
Beautifully hand-carved, our shamanic drums are crafted from sustainable Tweneboa wood, a quality West African Cedar. Each drum uses a natural, unbleached goat hide skin for the most authentic sound.

Our products are manufactured in Ghana. Much of the carving and drum shaping work is done inland in the countryside whilst the finishing and roping is done in and around Accra.
We charge £3.50 standard carriage and £4.50 for an Express service. All orders over £35.00 are sent free of charge.
