Televi Avaga Shaker

The gentlest of our televi family. The avaga shaker is made from two seed-filled televi nuts - a nut that grows right across Africa - and produces a delicate, silvery jingle rather than a hard rattle.

That softer voice makes it lovely for quieter settings: accompanying song, adding shimmer to acoustic music, early-years music making, or mindful and therapeutic sound work where a full-volume shaker would be too much.

Each one is handmade in Ghana from natural materials, with its own slight variations in tone and finish.
